Customer Service
We remain committed to providing personal service to each and every one of our customers. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order or questions or comments about the products or order process.

Product Care
All of our baby apparel products are machine washable. We recommend you wash all baby products separately on cold gentle/delicate wash cycle and dry on low or gentle dry cycle. Do not use bleach and do not iron.

Payment Options
BNB accepts MasterCard, Visa, and Discover payments through our on-line secure server checkout.

Shipping and Handling
At our discretion, BNB ships via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service). Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days and received within 7-10 business days. If you require express or priority shipping, please note in your order and you will be quoted and charged accordingly.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax will be charged to those that reside within the state of Indiana (7%)

Returns & Exchanges
At Burp’nBaby™ we want all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Returns will be accepted if returned within three weeks (21 days) of purchase. If your product was defective in any way, a full refund or exchange will be granted within 21 days of purchase with original tags in place. If you have any questions regarding your return, please contact us at 800-225-6703 Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (EST). You may also contact us via email at customerservice@burpnbaby.com.

Please note the following return policies:

  • You will receive a refund, via the method paid minus the shipping fees
  • Your return must be in brand new condition with all sales labels and tags intact. Products that do not meet this standard will not be credited or refunded
  • All returned packages should be insured. BNB cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.
